CHRISTOPHER C. SANDERS Chris Sanders is a Florida native and has lived in the St. Petersburg area since 1995. He has been vacationing with his family in the Boca Grande area since 1996. He is a property owner in both beautiful Florida areas.

Chris attended Florida State University where he received his Bachelors degree in Real Estate. He then attended Stetson University where he earned his Masters in Business Administration and Stetson University College of Law where he achieved his Juris Doctorate degree.

Chris entered the real estate business in college where he became a licensed real estate associate. He later became a licensed real estate broker specializing in the listing and sale of student housing. Chris then moved to Atlanta, Georgia where he worked as a commercial real estate analyst for CB Commercial Real Estate Services. While in law school he opened and operated a real estate referral service.

Chris now specializes in the field of real estate law, and particularly enjoys title insurance and transactional work. He is an agent with Attorneys' Title Insurance Fund, Inc., Stewart Title Guaranty Company and is an approved attorney for Chicago Title Insurance Company. He is also a member in the Attorneys' Title Presidents Circle and on the Attorneys' Title Advisory Council.

He is an active member of the St. Petersburg Chamber of Commerce and the Downtown St. Petersburg Rotary Club.

LORA J. CLEMENTS Lora is the Manager of Silver King Title Company and has been working alongside Christopher Sanders since 2001. She is a Florida Licensed Title Agent and a Florida Registered Paralegal.

Through her wealth of experience, Lora has closed over $500 million worth of commercial and residential real estate transactions throughout the State of Florida. She has established, and maintains, close relationships with a substantial client base, which includes a wide variety of real estate agents, officers of lending institutions, mortgage brokers and members of the local community.

Lora is a California native, but is the product of a military upbringing and considers Florida her home. While she is a fan of all sports, she is an avid fan of Florida State University Seminole football. She has held season tickets, along with her sister, since graduating from FSU. When she' s not hard at work, Lora and her husband, Rich, enjoy traveling locally and abroad, as well as kicking back and enjoying time with their family and friends.
